What is an Employee Assistance Program?
The employee assistance program is an additional benefit for your employees. It provides professional, confidential consultation services to your employees and their immediate families.

Why is this program offered?
Unfortunately, life is not easy. Many people have more than their fair share of problems. Regardless of how prepared one may be for life's problems, everyone needs a helping hand at times.

Your employee's well being is important. We want them to enjoy their life as well as their work. We believe that life's problems not only interfere with their personal life, but also their work life.

Don Sizemore & Associates may help resolve some of the current conflicts in life and prevent future problems from getting out of hand.

What types of problems are covered
Just about any problem that affects personal or work life is covered through the employee assistance program. Services are available for:

Who can use DS&A services?
All employees and their immediate families have access to the employee assistance program.

Who will hear about the counseling sessions?
All contact with employees is kept in strict confidence. Counseling is a private matter, and only the counselors at DS&A will have any knowledge of service requests. Within strict legal limitations, no one is given any information about use of services.
